It's just the normal foliage transparency that you can switch on in the game options since a few patches back I'd say.

SS advertised the Battle Assistant mod, so now everyone who plays arty runs it. It helps all the pubs who don't get firing arcs, so you get what looks like a general increase in accuracy with artillery.

The AMX CDC actually looks rather interesting even with normal MM. 221 pen on a mobile chassis can't be bad and rather ok for 7500 gold, if it ends up like that.

VTS-1 is probably a better replacement if Wargaming were to go for a post-war project. A modified Marder IFV chassis with a turreted L7 on top.

1-4 = 200k/100k creds
5-10 = 4x each gold consumable/150k creds
11-12 = 2000 free xp/garage slot
13-14 = 2000 free xp & premium day / premium day
15 = Comenndations and 250k creds for secondary

300k credits x4 x 5 is pretty great.

Equipment among other things.
