Deanut Pancer posted:This looks super tidy - awesome work on the edges and all the rivets. What colours are you using for the main body of the tank? Specifically the dark grey/green? hull. How do you get that cold hard metal look? The grey is Mechanicus Standard Grey washed with Nuln Oil and highlighted with Fortress Grey. The metal is Leadbelcher washed with Nuln Oil and lightly highlighted with Leadbelcher. Nothing too strenuous.

The Sex Cannon painted another tank? Whaaaaaa? This time, it's one that can and will blow itself to pieces! Real talk: Tte Executioner's probably my favorite Leman Russ variant, and I think it's super cool that I have one, now!

Finished my Punisher! I hope you like bullets, you heretic motherfuckers! And here's the happy Russ family so far: I still have three more Russes to build and paint: an Exterminator, a 2nd Demolisher, and a 2nd Eradicator. I sure am glad and I'm not tired of painting tanks! Next up: a Hydra! This looks fantastic! I'm super excited to see these guys in person at NOVA (if you're still coming).

It's been a while since I finished anything, but I finished something! A Hellhound! My camera sucks as a camera, but does a pretty good job as a phone, so whatever. I'm no Yeast, but I'm very happy with how this came out.

Is there any cleaning any of you know of that should or should not happen before I paint this guy up? I am unsure of the best care for lead figures other than you definitely don't want to keep them in scented wood boxes (mainly cedar) lest you invite lead rot to inhabit them. lick it clean you won't

I finished my first 6 Orc Blood Bowl Players! I really love these models. Some of the best work I've ever done. Interestingly enough, I find checks to be a lot easier to paint than dags! I though it would be the other way around! The emblem on their chest plates is a freehand orky maw with red fangs, as the team is called Da Red Fangz. I think the Blitzer is my favorite. EDIT-I bought one of those Tao lights and it's amazing. Ghost Hand recommended them on his show, and he's right, they're fantastic. I don't know how I painted without one before. Dr. Gargunza posted:"Dag" in this case is the triangular design you see on a lot of Ork models where checks might go (think pennants, backgammon triangles, etc.) Thanks, man! Tell your friends! HardCoil posted:Yeah exactly. Do you know how many listeners you've got? I'd guess we have around 250-300 regular listeners. Sucks for them, I guess.

Are you ready for some football? It's a This friend seems almost too rowdy... I went with a classic Gouged Eye color scheme for Varag because he's their team captain. With SRM's help, I found the old, old color scheme for the Chaos All-Stars, and painted Morg'n'Thorg in that dark green and red scheme, because I believe that was the team that made him famous. My team is currently killing it in my BB league, so I don't know if I'll ever actually use these guys, but they were a blast to paint.
