If Grey didn't remember to cancel the I-400 I'll take it as my lucky ship, if he did, I'll take the SS Shad as my ship again.

I wonder if the I-400s can reach Canberra. Not that procing infinite renforcments would be a good thing, but the WTFery of that strike. :allears:

I meant that the game has a Browning instead of a Vickers machine gun in that spot, which is a boost in reliablity over the original. (Also American instead of British, but it's not like we didn't give them to everybody.)

Now that I think of it, why is the IJA still flying Nates against the USAAF and USN in 1943? By now they should have all been withdrawn (as they were historically) and replaced by Oscars armed with the significantly better (but still underwhelming) armament of 2 .50 caliber machine guns, along with better speed, mobility, and durability. The Nate had trouble fighting the Brewster Buffalo (a difficult statement to believe) when the Pacific War broke out.

Because the Japanese industry controls are even more obtuse than the ones for directing ships around.

Unfortunately it had terrible flying characteristics, suffered from poor airflow over the rear engine, and had no way to stop the rear prop spinning if the pilot needed to bail out in a hurry. Also the only time it tried to fire its guns while airborne one of them exploded. Amazingly the test pilot actually managed to land what was left of the plane safely, for which feat he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner and not sent to Siberia with the gun's designer.
