FBI repeatedly refused to make any statements for days on whether or not it was terrorism and a lot of people seemed to think it was just a workplace shooting until that no longer made sense. Actually I'm trying to make the point that local offices have some discretion. San Bernadino was as much a workplace shooting as it was terrorism.

Occupy inspired national-coordination of Law Enforcement within a week - because it could be so easily imitated and it was positve. If someone is homeless why is it a crime to sleep outdoors? Maybe I'm just a Yankee city slicker but I think these guys should just give up already and fight for a constitutional convention instead. The USA does need to be reorganized regarding federal/state/county budgeting and decision making. Globalization has made the world very small, information technology can change how our government works.
