This is kind of an exaggeration, the ADM's were nowhere near as bad as what Horde had left Fade with after their extensive cloaky camping.

This is a really strange thing to say, as supers are still retained as the ultimate counter to a blob of dreads or slowcats, which are not an illogical escalation to a grid full of BS, which was present.

Anyone who'd bothered to take part in the Entosis testing on SISI would know that triage carriers are the ulitmate entosis boat for a hot system, regardless of the higher spool-up time.

I think Grath would sooner hang himself than be another F1 part of the blob, when he could be running around in a Vaga or Vargur, bringing-solo-back.

Blood in the water and all that, what did you honestly expect from a hint of collapse for the CFC?

People go where the fight is; there is no over-arching command structure for the dozens of alliances involved in this, so how would one force them to not show up for frags?

See the above post about supers still being cap-counters, and why would it be risky when the Allies had complete subcap dominance?

Why would our super fleet be logged in and waiting if it was a trap? Why would you be stupid enough to jump supers into what you admitted was a total shitshow? Why in the world do you imagine PL would actually rely on C02 of all people to successfully execute a trap like that? Hell, you say that supers are useless for entosis fights, yet you insinuate that the CFC might have jumped in supers were it not an obvious trap?
You were definitely fortunate to evacuate your supers from Vale without incident (except that titan RIP), but why bother turning some good luck into, frankly, sheer paranoia?

The irony of this last bit, considering DJ is opposed to the CFC in it's current form, should not be lost.

You know who this is I'm sure. Well, some of the leaders wanted to shield him and make excuses for him (and even try to sneak him back in to the guild). That caused the AA guild leader to step down from all the drama. He put one of his friends in power, who almost immediately stopped playing due to family issues. At this point, we had no guild leader since the person who was the actual guild leader stopped playing. This left the officers, of which Kimsemus, Gicer, DBRB, and multiple other people were a part of. Some officers (like DBRB) wanted to ally everyone in the ocean that was fishing in a 'fishing pact.' Other officers wanted to pirate people, since the ocean is an open PvP zone.

Since there was no guild leader to make a decision, it was just a bunch of people screaming at each other about what we were actually doing. Kimsemus continued pirating people on the ocean, pissing off the fishing pact folks, who then got him blacklisted.

some goons tried to shield a pedophile, some goons tried to ally literally everyone in an open PvP zone, some goons ran dungeons and made everyone give them the armor (to outfit people fairly) and then ran off with the armor, some goons ran off with castle materials

kimsemus pirated people in an open PvP zone, and was called the goonfucker

Mostly this is due to that "ADM rating" that you've probably seen mentioned a few times. Without getting into details, ADM rating is quite simply a measure of how much a space is used. It goes up when players rat, mine, or simply hold the system for a period of time. The higher the ADM, the harder it is for an attacker to flip a system.

The problem Imperium faces is that we have a lot of space that is not fully occupied or used, thus there are a lot of systems out there with very low ADM. As a result, there is a lot of low-hanging fruit out there for attackers to harass and flip, which means its a ton of busywork for defenders to be bouncing all over the map to try and contest attackers who only need very short time windows to flip a system.

So to answer your question, why couldn't TEST or others hold our space assuming they conquer it? A few key reasons:

-Probably the biggest reason is that MBC has stated multiple times that they are only temporarily blue to each other while they crusade against goons. They have said that as soon as the Imperium is ousted (lol) that they will reset each other and go back to shooting each other. If they do this, then they stand no chance at holding all of the space we currently hold, because we are having trouble doing that even now with the coalition we have. Trying to do that without blueing everyone around you would be a hilarious exercise in futility. They might be able to concentrate and fortify ADMs in part of Vale or something, but taking and hold all of Deklein and Pure Blind without a coalition? Good loving luck.

-TEST and other groups do not have SRP. In the long-run, their wallets will wear down and their fleet numbers will decrease. The Imperium is fabulously wealthy and can sustain long war efforts like no other entity in the game. Crushing the will of others via a long war of attrition that eventually wears them down where we march on has been the name of our game for the past decade. Unless TEST changes their culture from "lolbertarian bootstraps!" to a similar socialist SRP program to match our game, they simply will lose in the long run (as they have in the past.)
