It's Seattle that will have the $15. The state legislature failed to pass a $15 minimum wage using the excuse that the rural parts of the state can't handle it.

There's currently an initiative in the works to raise the state minimum to $13.50 over 4 years that also makes sick leave mandatory.

He's said months ago he would raise taxes on the rich. That's like his only good political opinion. But I agree it won't happen.
