I made one one (poorly) using BESM as a base, like 20 loving years ago, with point-based deckbuilding rules that forced me to individually point every card in such a way that it would encourage building decks that looked something like the ones in the show. And for good measure, every player got to ask for one custom completely unique card that represented them. One player made a penguins & turtles deck with Penguinzilla as the unique.
