Bridge one you need the clawshot, 2nd one I think you have to hang by your hands and shuffle along the ledge, if it's the one I'm thinking of. (Ed: and the wolf can tightrope-walk, in case you forgot that.) Runcible Cat fucked around with this message at 23:14 on Jun 30, 2016 |

There's another chest on one end of the bridge over Lake Hylia you have to do that to get to, and maybe one in the Lost Woods too? But yeah, other than those it's hardly used at all.

Patter Song posted:So...Zelda thread. I'm currently playing Twilight Princess HD, as my first Twilight Princess exposure. God I hate that loving horse. I don't know if they actually managed to make her controls worse or I'm just not remembering how godawfuk they were, but any Epona sequence is a real chore. At least I got to really enjoy leaving her on the other side of a busted bridge with nothing but twilight and enemies who hopefully enjoyed a nice roast horse. Except of course they didn't because she's back for a sequence involving lots of horseback archery. gently caress you Epona.

The Biggorn's Sword was hands down my absolute favorite and whenever I'd re-play it I'd start the dungeons just enough to get the items so I could immediately go get the sword. BoTW looks like it'll finally give me that experience again, assuming there are "relic" weapons scattered in permanent spots in the over world that never break or at least don't do the flashy shatter and can be repaired for a fee. And in WW you at least got to pick up Darknut swords and Moblin polearms and wave them around until the next time you went through a door.

My copy just arrived thank you Argos! I'm just doing a 3rd Cave of Shadows run, but I'll be surprised if I end up with a more than 3 hearts wolf, this crap is ridiculous, and then I'll get the patch downloading, woohoo! And Amazon says my guardian amiibo is out for delivery, so I'll get to see what that does too.

Decided to do a stupid thing and kamikaze the bokoblin treehouse. Landed on the treetop completely by accident and killed most of them with bomb drops. gently caress yeah! Then jumped off the plateau because why not, and ended up rafting along, scaring ducks and being shot at by octoroks. God alone knows when I'm going to get around to actual quest stuff; Zelda's been waiting 100 years, she can wait a bit longer.
