The EU is a lot like being married to a violent criminal who has just kicked the poo poo out of Greece for not giving it it's loving money back, and Britain is all "well I want to leave but I loooove him, and even though I have no control in this relationship and one day he'll probably beat me to death, but I do get slighty cheaper groceries because he has a sweet reward card. Also I'm worried that my neighbors will think I'm racist if I leave"

It seems to me like if Britain does leave then when things get a bit recessiony and hosed up people will be way more likely to kick the conservatives out next election and we get Corbynmania full on communism when he's not pinned down by the EU's austerity policies. Whereas if we "Bremain" then there is literally no point in voting anything other than Conservative so Cameron or some other emotionless robot can continue to suck Merkel and Junker's dicks to make sure that we're one of the oppressors and not the oppressed in the EU. So it's basically win-win in terms of Britain getting hosed.
