Plinkett aka Mike says TFA doesn't get a mark for story, because they just ripped off A New Hope and blew up a Death Star. He then goes on to say Rogue One lacks an ending because they didn't blow up a Death Star at the end. I'm confused.

They emphatically want Rogue One to be a part of a larger story, they even subtitled it "A Star Wars Story" ffs. Removing the context makes it a different and worse movie but yeah no poo poo Mike.
