People started showing up to court (optional, only needed if you intend to dispute the charge) and saying they weren't driving. State couldn't prove who was driving so judges had to toss the tickets and points.

So... My tv has developed gremlins and I think its nearing the end of its life. The decision I have is to either wait it out and hope that it doesn't die in the next year or two, or eat the barrel and pay for the 55 inch LG OLED B6 at roughly $2299. Tempted but thats a lot of cash I don't want to spend.
