It looks like the only benefit adult accounts get is immunity to parental controls and the ability to be designated a parent so they can set parental controls for child accounts. The current Master will probably be automatically converted to an adult. Beyond that you can have as many child accounts as you want and just not restrict them. You only have to throw money at them if you want more than one person to independently restrict the child accounts. Still sucks.
