Richmond dodged a bullet when he decided to not sign with them and we also offloaded injury prone Brett Deledio for a first round draft pick.
Is this what it's like to be a fan of a club that has things go it's way? I am not used to this.

Does anyone have a watch afl login they'd be willing to share. I'm currently sitting in a luggage hold on my way to Seoul and its $20 Aud for a week of access and I'm keen to watch the tigers game because despite not having a seat the train has great free wifi.

Cheers to MUYB for the watch AFL hookup.

Couldn't get it to work on the train but logged on once I checked in.
I logged in and hit watch from start and the loving preview image was a live shot! Then it started from the start.....

In short, good win Tigs.

Wow, Richmond just could not get their hands on the ball in the 2nd quarter.
Adelaide are very good at footy.

So can someone give me an objective view of the Tigers/Crows game?

I saw the Tigs pressure looked fantastic in the first but from that point it wasn't so much the Tigers being awful (gif excluded) as much as Adelaide having the ball twice as much as the Tigers and absolutely pressuring the poo poo out of Tigers into making mistakes anytime they were able to get their hands on it.
(Although Josh Caddy was loving horrible)

Also, where the gently caress has holding the ball gone?

One of the Saints cheer squad has a banner that says "Top Geary".

Umpires don't see the game in slow-mo

Nah but they're about 5 meters from the action.

It honestly feels like the directive from the AFL is to assume every out of bounds is deliberate unless you can prove otherwise.

It's kinda difficult to argue that 'accidentally' fumbling the ball over the line in your forward 50 to force a stoppage is deliberate considering that a Bulldogs rebound would have been game over.

Except it was a genuine fumble because he had 2 blokes attacking him at the time.

You can only assume she saw and approved the contents of the banner before she ran through it.
Even then, it's loving ridiculous but if she is ok with it, it's kinda hard to judge her on it.

Question, is there an office at the MCG that rents out sherpas and skis, or do I need to bring my own?

This is very similar to the ticket number I got.

This has been a good and fun thread to catch up on.
I was at the game and have watched a lot of the replay. Didn't think the umpires contributed to the outcome of the game.
In saying that, I've been going to the footy for 25 years and can't say I've ever seen a game where I thought the umpires actually changed the outcome, so it was unlikely to start in a grand final either.

Remember a few years ago when the Tigers finally convinced the council to let them alter Punt Road to the same dimensions as the MCG?

They built a ground out at Cardinia which is the MCG dimensions but Punt Road is actually the same spec as Etihad.
They would have needed to knock the Jack Dyer stand down or close a lane on Punt Road to make it as wide as the MCG.

So this year's trade clogging trade is going be a 3-wayer?
Carlton ships Gibbs to Adelaide, Adelaide sends Lever to Melbourne and Melbourne moves draft picks around?
