I think the Order/Chaos thing is probably a delineation given by the Gods and Humans. Chaos dragons basically hate or don't care about humans while Order dragons do. Tohru belonged to a family of Chaos dragons and probably killed a few while fending them off.

We probably wont get an S2 for a while since I think this is a monthly series and Cool does at least three series at a time I think (I don't actually know). I guess the best we can hope for is an OVA or something.

I think it really depends on the material in the manga as to what sort of shape a second season would look like. It could and probably should continue to focus on Kobayashi and Tohru, but instead of them as individuals, them as a couple and their (slightly strange) family. The fact that they adopt another dragon would make the theme of family a likelier possibility. Edit: A spin-off manga focusing on Kanna apparently started at the end of December. In the cheapest case, they'll just have the VAs do the OP/ED with back up accompaniment. Depending on the series, it can be much more profitable than asking a pre-existing music group.

Her character design's still problematic at best, but at least the author's done some good with writing for her if she's going to be sticking around. I think her height changed a little to adjust her intended appearance of a teenager. I vaguely recall her originally appearing not too much larger than Kanna. I might be remembering wrong though.

I could see KyoAni adapting some of it and then doctoring it up to be less creepy and more funny. At the very least removing or deemphasizing the "getting aroused by Kanna" part. As a note, a similar gag was done in the OVA
