I can confirm that gentrifying an area is indeed a good financial decision. Also I didn't have 20 percent so I paid mortgage insurance for like a year until I put a big chunk down on the premium to get rid of it. It's not that bad. Mine was something like 60 bucks a month so after writing it off its really like 45.

I can sleep almost any time, anywhere. It's cool, but it makes waking up not the easiest thing. Getting older is making that less of a problem though. For some reason I pass out as soon as I get on an airplane. I'm only awake for takeoff about half the time.

I just started running 5k every day and got shin splints so switched to biking for a couple months now I'm back to running 5k every day. Also depression is a good way to lose weight I recommend it.

Yeah I actually signed on with the gym at work. It's 10/mo so the price is impossible to beat, and since I live 30 miles away it forces me to pack my gym clothes every day which forces me to go to the gym every weekday. Weekends I'm on my own but I'd be lying to myself if I said I'd work out more at a gym by my house.

Outdoors stuff out the rear end at Tahoe of course, and the scenery's good from everywhere in town. Rent is a little higher than you'd think because Reno is going through a mini boom. I love skiing and lakestuff so it'd be pretty cool to live on the West/South side of town. How bad does traffic get there at rush hour? I'm used to Atlanta which is probably one of the worst cities in the country for it...

I'm almost done with my cardio cycle and am about to start lifting again for the first time in uh.... a long time. My knee makes some godawful noises when I do squats so we'll see how that goes.

About to turn 29 and all of my close friends either just got married, are getting married within the next year, or are proposing in the near future. Feel like I hosed up my timeline, since I'm having fun being single but should probably actually be looking for something serious in the next couple years so I'm not super old by the time I have kids... Also doesn't help that I plan to go into consulting for a couple years after graduating so trying to start a serious relationship when I'm gone M-Th every week is probably not ideal?
