I don't much care for Kenny Vaccaro. Paying a bit of a premium on Coleman is fine by me.

The more I read about the Bensons, the gladder I am that the team went to his wife rather than his daughter and her kids. They seem like bigger assholes the more I read.

Silly Burrito posted:Yes. Gayle Benson owns the Saints and Pelicans. The kids were cut from the will. From what I've read, this is a good thing. Rita is supposedly a psycho (firing all those assistants) and the kids have deep ties to San Antonio.

That Works posted:Yeah maybe Hill is the man. He's fast and strong, not sure how he would stack up vs Jackson in mobility, but I could see him as enough of a dual threat to develop the Saints offense into another dimension we don't use right now. No ones gonna be as accurate as Brees though, so we'll have to get used to that. Thousand-yard stare as I remember Taysom Hill running for 250 yards against us in a knee brace.

I also didn't watch much NFL last year outside of the playoffs. A lot of that is because there's a parade every loving Sunday in New Orleans and that's awesome, but it's hard to watch since I don't have cable and I feel bad whenever anyone gets hurt. Mostly I followed the Saints in the news after the games.Joey Freshwater posted:Y’all could watch college football instead Yeah it's all the same moral objections you already had, plus the players are completely unpaid and treated like poo poo by millionaire coaches and administrators. Edit: I guess I'm just explaining the joke everyone already got. I'm a bad poster. PostNouveau fucked around with this message at 18:26 on Jun 12, 2018 |

The NBA has gotten really good, despite one team winning the title 3 of the last 4 years.

Plus all the NFC South teams that matter also have NBA teams, so you can keep the rivalries going in the offseason (except they hardly play each other).
