His days were numbered the moment they traded for Chandler Jones and doubly so when they drafted Nkemdiche. He's a great guy though. Didn't the Jags pick up Malik Jackson last year too? Calais is a favorite of mine as well. Lots of classy players there. Too bad your coach is a dipstick.

shirts and skins posted:Seeing that those reports about Lang already heading back from Seattle may be false. Apparently he doesn't even land at SeaTac til 11 PST. Getting Lang would be a huge step up for us. Russell is fantastic at escaping outside pressure, but interior pressure as well is just too much. With Lang and Britt holding up the middle, and hopefully Ifedi making strides in his sophomore year, the Seahawks will look a lot better. Plus it would be nice to have Rawls making contact at the line of scrimmage instead of before. Barry Sanders wouldn't have averaged 4 ypc the way they played last season.

shirts and skins posted:If they can sign him it'll be a giant deal for sure. Ifedi struggled last year but has tons of potential, it would make a world of difference to have a stable interior OL. Hopefully we can get a decent guard in the draft. I wouldn't mind moving Ifedi outside. I still thank Fant has loads of potential, and I'm willing to keep him at tackle, since Russell avoids that pressure the best anyway. I just want the interior solidified and Gilliam to never step foot on the field except for jumbo packages where he is an eligible receiver.

They're still not top 20 players at their positions or anything, but Edelman was a 7th round pick and Chris Hogan languished on practice squads for way too long. They were definitely undervalued before Belichick. Same for EJ Manuel imo. Hth. Kthxbye.
