Had to patch up the system but it didnt require an install? I thought all disc games did, it just booted straight in

Got through the first couple days.. feels good to be back

I'm always a few levels behind the network average and it hasn't been a problem yet. except for palace 2 boss because I didn't have the attack that.. actually kinda breaks that fight. I had to grind one (1) level for that and it was rear end aside from all the extra yen

The targets are easy xp and cash, and exploring will stock up your crafting supplies. You don't want to ignore it completely

I've been going once in between palaces when there's 2-3 targets to clear. Though rn I'm towards the end of summer and there's 5 to do which might be a bit much, but I was busy hanging out

the first one has so much built up around it it's hard to beat

to me the fifth was by far the weakest at both the dungeon and story, but that kinda narratively makes sense I guess.

So I'm in late november did I miss my chance to rank up Sun? it says "my deal with him is over and I should get out of the way of his speech". i haven't finished 7th palace yet no spoilies if that'll change the circumstances

ok kinda figured. i played based on the assumption that unless i followed a guide like a gatdang tool i'd miss a few maxes and should just mop up in NG+. i have max stats already so i'll just do what i can the rest of the way

Lowering experience gained seems like it would do more to increase tediousness rather than challenge? Not that you'd have to make up 100% of the difference in grinding.

Though I also don't know yet first hand how much NG+ gives you a leg up
