Trades away skill players like Andrighetto and loads up on grinders for depth. Not giving players like Hudon and Carr, who actually do make significant contributions to offense, any opportunities but rather giving those roster spots to Dwight King and Steve loving Ott. I'm still pinning all the lovely drafting on Bergevin rather than Timmins.
