I've got pricey whiskey if the exit polls look good and fairly cheap whiskey if they look bad. Going to get a takeaway later and have a lie–in tomorrow. But most importantly, I got a little sticker from a nice woman outside the polling place after I done my vote. My body is ready

People already in the queue can vote, newcomers are turned away.

Edit: There was a bit of a scandal about this in 2010.

Even if the Tories win a majority, it will be small and May will be utterly humiliated. Obviously a hung parliament is the dream but we don't want a repeat of 2015.
Yea, I think it's worth remembering that the expectation was a Labour wipeout. If the Tories only have a small majority that's still a massive loving upset for them.

I don't claim to be Captain Statistics but what does it mean to have 'Proportion of people aged 18-25' at a negative? How is this measure better than just 'Percentage of people aged 18-25'?

This is obviously anecdotal but I'm 25 and work in a really young company (outside of senior management, average age is probably like 26/27). On friday everyone was really jubilant and felt... powerful isn't quite the right word but it's in the ballpark. Most people see this result as a victory and winning tends to energise people. Not to mention the DUP's social conservatism is going to piss off almost every young person in the uk.
I apparently didn't save it but somebody posted a plot earlier of voting tendencies by age group going back to the 90s... the divide now is much more stark than before, but it's not just people younger than 30 or so overwhelmingly voting Labour, it's people younger than 50 or so. I'm really looking forward to seeing that play out over the next 5–10 years.

Every day the UK waits, the stronger the EU hand gets. They're sitting around going "welp, what's for lunch"?

You lot are out in less than two years, and there isn't even a deal on the format of the negotiations, let alone any single issue. The EU will survive a UK crashing out, I'm not so sure about the UK.
To put this another way, we've already used up 10% of the time allowed just getting ready to get started. We'll honestly be lucky if we can even begin the actual negotiations within two years.
