Flayer posted:I live in London and so do my family. My sister was locked down during the Westminster attack and earlier this evening my girlfriend and I passed through London Bridge. We often shop in Borough Market, we've eaten in Brindisa, we've been to Katzenjammer. There is a very real possibility that people I know and love could be the victims of Islamic terror. You're a disgusting individual telling us that we are we are more of a danger to ourselves than these monsters are. This guy is literally shaking

Oh dear me posted:Clear, easy to use, and wrong. The LibDems have not bounced back, they're not going to bounce back in the next three days, and we shouldn't be advising people to vote as though they might. There are still some tory - lib dem strongholds such as Kingston and Surbiton where voting labour could very well hand the tory the seat

Serotonin posted:I live in a Lib Dem/ Tory marginal ( historically Lib, but Tory won in 2915 with 4%) where Labour polled less than UKIP last time (7.8%). Labour haven't even sent out any election leaflets as far as I can tell. Im the same and voted Lib dem cuz at least the local candidate is a good guy and has been good for the constituency when he was MP before (he lost to the tories in 2015)

Anyone have any experience going through checkatrade's complaints procedure? I've had some cowboy builders do some godawful work on my house although being naive and an imbecile, a loving moron, I've paid them. It's only when I had another builder come round was i made aware of the truely awful state of things. I've contacted the builder and he's admitted that his work is shite and agreed to come back and make it right, however I do not have confidence in his ability to carry out the work properly and I'd rather just get my money back and pay someone else to do it. He's not as enthusiastic about giving me a refund. Anyone have any experience dealing with cowboy builders?
