Never pass up an opportunity to destroy a boat! It's still strange how Braveheart will give up and lay down arms against a handful of town guards, but will charge headlong into a prepared ambush and wipe the floor with lots of armoured knights. I get that the author needs some way for plot to happen beyond "you kill everyone" but the power levels are woefully inconsistent. Maybe if that last fight was us vs. a surprised rearguard of 2 knights or so it would make more sense.

Drink both laumspurs and take the candle. If we can't drink the laumspurs (can't recall what the rule is about that) drop a meal and take both laumspur potions. Wear the candle on our helmet and wield the pickaxe like a true miner as we investigate the trapdoor!
