Every time I watch a USC game, Darnold has some stupid-rear end turnover. It's super obvious NFL defenses are going to eat him alive. He might have a lot of physical upsides, but you can't train "doofus" out of someone. He'll always be a doofus. He's gonna go before Lamar Jackson if he goes this year, which is nuts. I hope it's not my team that makes that huge mistake.

And their offensive line promises to be better especially when not facing three first-round picks, and his receivers are young as hell. Can't fix him being a goober. Clemson had a bad night, and that game might go differently if they played again next week. Our systems are designed to dole out fleeting moments of recognition to teams who have more of an almost-arbitrarily apportioned number of points awarded to whoever happens to get luckiest within a basically random time frame. Within a blip on the cosmic scale we will all be gone from here and no one that remembers our existence will remain. The only universal constant is that A&M is rear end.
