with the Dutton / child care thing, isn't it the case that the child's parents are technically the ones who receive the payments from the Commonwealth? Or are there additional payments directly from to the centres?

Plus lower running costs, higher resale value, and much more growth potential, and you won't need to rebuild the drat thing in a decade's time.

Both plans still suffered expensive backhaul and regional interconnect costs.
