Saw a 6TB for $189 and went to get it this afternoon, turned into $229 overnight. The retailer has a price match guarantee, even from ONLINE stores. Whelp - I tried my luck with an Amazon link for the same SKU for $119. It. loving. Worked! Time to retire a few drives to an archive!

My Nexus 6 lives again! After half a day or so it would just bog down so much that it was unusable and have to reboot which itself would take ages. After heaps of procrastinating I rooted it, factory restore and custom kernel. The thing just flies like it was brand new even with all my apps and poo poo running in the background.

I don't have any word back on the cool job that I would have to relocate for. But I did get a call from another company saying the boss would like to have a chat. They don't have an opening for what I do, but I'm guessing they want to expand.

I posted the doggo in one of these chat threads a while ago. Apparently he has a tumor in his jaw (well 95% sure according to vet). It's super aggressive in how it just puffed his face out. Time to get into my headspace that my boy might not be around next week. As a pup 15 years ago:  Maybe last year:  Yesterday:  I'll be looking for a rescue for sure but in time.
