I think it's pretty nebulous how well bojo would fare in an election or not anyway. But his position isn't likely to get much stronger over time. Even his crash out then trigger an election plan has a huge chance of backfiring, presumably because its cummies plan and cummies wants us out and doesn't care about bojo or the tories. The obvious risk through playing the clock is to the country not to labour's election chances imo

Also the avg cost of a house in Amsterdam is 200,000 quid lower than the avg cost of a house in London A third of brits don't have even a hundred quid in savings
