Ah, ditching the main story of AC Origins and going out there to do all the side content, and the DLC, was a good choice. Bayek's "assassinated" so many people by punching them in the shoulder (they were clearly just rolling on the floor in pain) because I hadn't even waited for the blades to become available. Somehow, after all that, I still need to kill more crocs for crafting. Does AC Odyssey allow you to ignore the plot and go sidequesting/exploring for 60 hours? The last act transition of Origins is hilarious. After hours of Natural Born Killers loving their way through revenge murders and accidentally helping people, the story throws a sea battle, a Julius Caesar, two elephants, a chariot chase, and a poo poo ton of historical references at you in the span of one-two hours. And those loving faces
