Those DJs have been in quarantine for a week now and no doubt were flown out for that at great expense to the organisers. They have contingency to move it to the 12th/13th but at this rate it's fantasy to think a large outdoor festival will occur that soon. With the spread rate this is going to be a full month at least. It'll take two weeks for cases to pop everywhere, and another two for all the secondary exposures to go in shared housing and the like.
