Decided to break into my bean horde this evening. Grabbed the Instant Pot (what a loving cheat code) threw black beans and brown rice in with some sautéed onion and garlic. Then added cumin, oregano, salt, and bay leaf. Once good topped with dollop of sour cream and sliced avocado. Goons I tell you beans are good.
