This movie is the best depiction, bar none, of the relevant differences between Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. At least in an early 2000s setting. Highly recommended.

First Nations seems to be a globally recognised term. Indigenous Australians is in common use, as is Traditional Owners, Custodians. My understanding is that Aborigine is now considered outdated.
