Using waste process heat from a datacenter does seem preferable to using waste process heat from a nitric acid works or a medical incinerator or something, because it doesn't require living near anything like that. Probably not crypto though, they have a habit of doing poo poo like running illegal gas turbines.

Butter is probably the first food where the Vegan alternative has outdone the original. Olive spreads are better than either butter or margarine now. One of the first at least.
