I'd expect it'll be a case of tourists take their receipts to a desk at the airport and receive the refund there. Having to carry it out at the till is a terrible idea. so they'll absolutely do that.

But that is frustrating, not only did Starmer support Corbyn's rival in the leadership, he once resigned in protest at his leadership, and then had him suspended from the party (and refused to overturn it).
