The Chargers and Rams not playing on real grass is a crime and I blame the Rams. The biggest issue with Telesco is the depth of the team. Dude can hit it the first round of the draft but depth has always been an issue. I like him too, and he manages to keep our stars locked up on good contracts, but still, three head coaches so far

I don't think Staley is in any real danger unless the Chargers break character and want to go after Sean Payton. This team ALWAYS keeps coaches too long. Norv, McCoy, Lynn. That said, Tom Telesco (gm) doesn't have a contract for next year, so who knows
