It rules that Florida is paying Bobrovsky $10mil a season for 3 more seasons after this, spent a 13th overall pick on Spencer Knight and their playoff goalie is Alex Lyon

I know the story about his dad being ill in Montreal wanting to see him play his last(?) regular season game at the Bell Centre, but it’s so hilariously cruel that after a historically good year for the B’s Bergeron gets hurt in a beyond meaningless game 82

Devils stuff:

-- All signs point to Schmid starting tonight
-- Siegenthaler back in, yay
-- Smith still in, Bahl out, noooo
-- Wood rotating on the 4th line with multiple other options, hopefully meaning he ain't in tonight
-- McLeod bumped to 3rd line with Meier and Mercer. I'm fine with that, he wins a ton of face-offs and that line with possession could do damage
-- I would imagine the 4th will be Bastian, Boqvist, and one of Lazar or Sharangovich

I’m sure all 4 lines rolled really well during the regular season but why the hell is Timo Meier on the 3rd line

This is exactly what happened to Daniel Sedin with the Marchand thing. Daniel wasn't falling for it to take an unnecessary penalty, but the entire hockey world decided it was actually him being a giant wimp baby in the face of ultraman Brad Marchand and was actually a tough and cool play not terrible reffing. So there's a reason pests keep trying it and guys keep being goaded into it. It

I mean, I agree Sedin should stay out of the box but there’s got to be more you can do than just eat a bunch of shots, this is a horrendous look lol

But in the don cherry zone of my brain thats probably dead from past concussions, I was disgusted by the lack of jam the Rangers had defending their goalie
