You're a deep cover CIA operative, you have to rig an election "for democracy to win". You start at the top level of a highrise and have to work your way down to the lower levels, make some small talk on the way, maybe have a cup of joe, make your way to the staticians office and pick the correct set of numbers, you pick the "one in a billion" because by god you do what you have to "for democracy", then you have to make your way to another level to hand over the sheet to a programmer to plug into a voting machine. The programmer has questions but you tell him sternly "it's her turn, for democracy".
