I do both every morning no matter what I'm up to, and then do an additional 2x lozenges and a nasal spray when I get home if I'm out doing a relatively risky activity (going to work, seeing friends/family, hitting the bar, etc). if I know I'm going to be out of the house for an extended period of time, I bring the nasal spray along with me for a midday top off.
