brewed a natural process colombian grown indonesian varietal and it was pretty good. real clean, brewed a couple minutes too fast and was a bit light. gonna grind it two stops finer next time

if you’re curious about cat poo poo coffee, look for beans processed via “carbonic maceration” or some other low oxygen fermentation method. pretty tasty!

reminds me, i once had coffee from beans that were “aged” in old burbon casks and it was vile. grinding it stank like an old still, and it tasted about the same.

get a can of cafe du monde at your nearest asian or unusually well stocked western grocery and drink with condensed milk or sweetened egg yolk

beans you might be able to find as well. everything robusta ive seen is marketed almost exclusively to the vietnamese market so start there I guess
