I’d like to thank everyone for attending this last-minute GBS Homegroaners Association meeting. No doubt you’ve seen a certain unnamed individual, a smug type worthy of ridicule with that awful and frankly disgusting avatar posting around here. I thought better of sounding the alarm bells and hoping he’d reform and pick a better avatar. However, in the past several days I’ve noticed a multitude of posters with the same offending avatar, posting as if they aren’t making mockeries of themselves and GBS as a whole. I am a reasonable individual. Rather than declare what I think should be done to these people, I ask you, the community, to decide what action should be taken.

This the HOA? I can see the OP's RV from the road and they have a fruiting Japanese plum tree. The bylaws clearly state that only non-fruiting trees are allowed, and all mobile homes must be obscured from street view. This is affecting my property value two blocks over.
