There's a 200 year storm that hits California, and every time it does the entire central valley floods. When it happened in1605, there was so much left over flood water that the Spaniards thought California was an island.

When it last happened in 1861, it was devastating and it was only just a little guy compared to all the other time it's happened and there were barely any people compared to now.

I don't agree with this, but I do think that if you can WFH full time with no problems your job is likely more at risk for automation via AI or AGI or whatever everyone is on about these days. Not all WFH jobs but a lot of them.
