Easy to say that now but if they had been used not stored then they'd all be smashed to pieces by now and wouldn't exist for you to go break in and drive them. I like knowing that if there ever is a plague that wipes out 99% of Earth's population, there are places we can go to find mint condition classic racecars. Now what happens when I have to fill that thing up with 87 octane fuel I siphoned from a deteriorating Honda Civic?

It's like a study why we should both encourage and prohibit 10-year-olds from designing cars.

It's most definitely AI in all respects much like the Audi R8. On one hand you have a car that would never get old to look at, on the other hand it's a Volkswagen. You're unlucky and lucky to own one.

Without suggesting it's a bad sound, a stock F40 doesn't sound anywhere that amazing. It's almost sedate or laid back. The LM specs can cause orgasm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YPabCzxMXM I think there's a longer version of that drive out there somewhere but I've never been able to find it.

I've been a viper fan since Gran Turismo 2, and here are some of the best/craziest sounding out there. All vipers should sound like this stock. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkq-eb03vno This V10 sounds more like a dam bust or an avalanche than a motor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U16mK9UdsMw The sound is too much for the microphone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bu2qO7I-uhQ

Every time I've been around or in one in person, it sounds like farts. Like an amazing looking woman who just walks around ripping rear end as loud as possible.

You are correct. Outside of the gen 2s with rear exhaust, most vipers have sidepipes with no crossover, so you're just hearing two 5 cylinders farting instead of a proper V10 engine note. None of the vehicles in the videos I posted have sidepipes, but those can actually sound good with a lot of work (headers, hiflo cats/no cats, aftermarket exhaust, comedy option: straight pipes). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2teLYT_8JM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZymTLk2a8s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaK4rvEhCxo
