I learned then that anyone that says "I can eat any hot sauce with no problem" is either naive or a liar. Dave's created the market segment and many others have moved in since then. The hottest I ever got was Blair's After Death. I liked Blair's Death Sauce... After Death passed the "flavor" point and became just heat for me. If you want to browse some awesome sauces (with a page that sadly hasn't changed in far too long), check out Mo'Hotta Mo'Betta: https://www.mohotta.com I am now married and my kids hate any kind of hot spice, so my chili is beyond tame now.

Yeah I love spicy stuff quite a bit, and just ate a pile of eggs covered in sweet delightful sriracha. Some of the stuff is just stupid though. I guess I can understand it if you're adding a drop or two to a pot of chili.

I don't like insanely spicy stuff, but I've been trying more special hot sauces and the variation and amount of flavor they can add to a dish is crazy.

WTF happened, I go away for a day and there's 150 replies of hot sauce, women stuff and cats. You guys are wrong, cats are bad. Dogs are better I'm at my parents place for a few days so expect dog pictures. One just had puppies. This dummy hasn't left my side since I got home but that's likely due to food. Some of those photos may even be focused and not entirely poo poo. Guess the cheap phone is cheap because the camera is junk. NitroSpazzz fucked around with this message at 18:05 on May 28, 2014 |

Dogs are awesome because they love you no matter what but sometimes they love you too much and it's like woah boy I'm trying to do stuff here. Cats are awesome because they're crazy low maintenance compared to dogs but only seem to be interested in you when you don't want them to be.

Dogs also have a remarkable sense of shame for an animal that not only eats but rolls in poop whereas a cat will look you in the eye and say yeah I did that thing that pissed you off, I'd do it again, I'm gonna do it again, and I'm gonna sleep like a loving baby afterwards.

We had one growing up that lived to be almost 13. My next dog is either going to be a bernese or a newfie. On the hot stuff talk, we did this a couple weeks ago ~125 hot wings at Kings Hardware in ballard(monday is 27 cent wings). Apparently it was the most anyone had ordered at one time. It was amazing and I hated myself shortly after finishing them all.

I got tasked at one point by the owner to make him the 'hottest wings in town' for a contest he was entering. I don't think he thought I was serious about it, but found out where I could get ghost pepper chili powder to kick them up a further notch. Made a pretty nice habenero/lime wing sauce and upped the heat quotient to taste. Came out tasty, but hotter than Satan's rear end in a top hat. I've still got a bit of that stuff around, actually. Use it in my chili when I feel like making people sweat.
