Is rural parkour a thing? Isn't that just "Running"? No, that would be suburban parkour. or would suburban parkour also involve Jackass-style parking lot bastardry? So that would make rural parkour just "Running, in the woods." Sounds easy enough.

It's definitely worded in such a way that they seem to be addressing weaponized EMP and the solar roadways as a separate issue from lightening strikes or natural phenomena.
