Like I said in the Current Events thread, lol if you think Petraeus is going down for this. DOJ is way too busy prosecuting whistleblowers to waste their time on someone connected whose sole motivation for leaking classified was profit and getting his dick wet.

He hit the ground in a bad way, I doubt he's armying anything anymore. Quad bikes are the bane of 20-year olds. Especially the juicier 500cc's and up. Hell, I'm even tempted to break my neck myself each time I ride one and I'm old as gently caress. Fast, fun and will roll at nothing. At least an arctic cat has a low center mass. Thank god.

Retarded double amputee vet hates his family so much he volunteers to scrub toilets in Israelquote:Mast returned home at the end of that summer determined to do something to strengthen the Jewish state. “I wanted to make my own show of support,” he explains. “What I was looking for wasn’t a Tweet message that I support Israel.” quote:This isn’t an especially convenient time for Mast to take on extra tasks. Brianna is expecting their third child in a few weeks. Instead of being deterred and postponing his plans, Mast is heading for Israel right away to volunteer. He leaves January 10 and will return home soon before the baby is born. “If I want to do something, I never doubt my ability to do it,” he explains. “I just jump in and get it done.” quote:A former soldier, Mast says he understands there are unglamorous things that need to get done in the military. “Floors need to be swept, boots need to be cleaned, engines need to be maintained and things like that – if I can help with anything, I’m happy to do it.”

I almost want to make a joke about hiring a dude who had both legs and part of his hand amputated by explosives, to train your employees in handling explosives.. But I just kinda figure it would be in bad taste.

Genocide Tendency posted:From way back. Here's how to get laid in Air Force basic training during the mid-90s. Instead of working in the chow hall, my side job in basic was working at the mental health office. I'd sit in a room all day, watching TV and I could buy soda and snacks from the vending machine in the break room. When a basic trainee that had to take a mental health test or needed to see one of the doctors was done, another guy from my flight and I would have to walk them back to their squadron. One of these days was packed with trainees doing their tests, so it turned into my partner and I having to split up to get everyone back, and this went on until around 8 pm. So not only were we walking around Lackland solo but we were also missing our Lackland Lazers. It was late enough that nobody was really out. I just had some guy yell from his car a couple blocks away that I needed my Lazer. So to get laid, you need to be working at that office on a really busy day that extends into darkness, and then end up having to take one crazy girl back to her squadron without anyone else, because you dropped everyone else off in the group off along the way, and she has to be horny as hell. She was hitting on me the entire walk, in front of everyone else, saying poo poo like how she'd really like to sexually harass me. I'm sure there's other combinations but in my days of basic, it was more of a bunch of random unlikely things just falling into place. We also had a super religious dude in my flight that was really upset that girls would wear pants. He got kicked out for threatening our TI but I didn't get to escort him.

Oh hey a thread I can contribute in. So, as an analyst with no knowledge of an arms room and no course, I was made the primary armorer. Hey, that's okay its a good sham opportunity and a nice NCOER Bullet. So, the last Armorer leaves with a one day handover because they waited until his last week of clearing to switch it out and identify a new armorer. Eh, that's okay, I have the 190 and all that to read it should be no issue, right? I had a bad feeling because the previous armorer was a complete dirtbag and known for such fun things as suspected of tampering with a urinalysis sample. So I find out I have storage lockers and units now that are just secured with a standard key that no one has been inside since deployment. Inside I found: A whole box of serialized blood chits, a 249 barrel, 2 M4 uppers, 3 trigger assemblies, 2 M3 trigger assemblies, hard drives of an unknown nature and unlabeled/stickered, SIK keys, controlled crypto items, and so much joy. It should be a really fun how this turns out. Ptolemaeus fucked around with this message at 22:33 on Jan 14, 2015 |

We have a bunch of similarly controlled items at work technically owned by our unit. Since nobody at Base Comm knows about it we just locked the storage units back up and our equipment managers just keep pretending they don't know about it.

Yeah I am more than tempted to just lock it back up and pretend I never saw it. None of it is on the hand receipts or property book, but I remember blood chits being pretty seriously controlled?

Yeah I went full retard. I did see all the weapons and SI so I just assumed the BII wouldn't be much of a problem, and that the storage lockers would just be full of weapon slings and TMs. When I opened the door and saw the barrel leaning against the wall, I realized that I was now one of the people talked about in these threads.

I have a mental image of you opening those lockers and a couple moths flying out, one lonely barrel in there with some spiderwebs.

It just kept getting worse. The barrel I assumed wouldn't be too much trouble. Then I found the box on top with trigger assemblies for the M3 and various rifle pieces. I figured that while probably not belonging in a storage locker, it wasn't too much of an issue. 30 Minutes later and finding M4 uppers with serials, more barrels, the SIK keys with serials so probably filled, controlled crypto items, hard drives unmarked, and absolutely not one piece of BII, thats when I realized I had probably made a mistake.
