On the proviso that the objective of any mission featuring this NPC is to kill this NPC in circumstances in which the NPC is an abject coward displaying no redeeming qualities, I'm wildly in favour of its addition to the game. In fact, I've been threatening to learn how to use the foundry for a while. Could this finally be the impetus to actually interact with this awful product directly? No

Catstar is just a religious furry conspiracy theorist. His fanfic is of poor quality, as to be expected. To get an idea of how bad, even the Star Trek: Destiny or Star Trek: Typhon Pact novels are better than this. Catstar as a protagonist is just a stereotypical Mary Sue/Marty Stu, the flawless hero who can do no wrong; if anything does go wrong for him, it's clearly the result of his interaction with the other characters, mere satellites orbiting and enhancing his brilliance. Except all this is moot because he's a worthless furry.
