First thing he did -- spied Gus, whom I've mentioned here in this thread (the neighbour's cat who comes over to play with me). Gus loving loves Mr Kitty. Mr Kitty hates Gus like fire -- none of which discourages Gus in the slightest. Mr Kitty shot him a look of death, hissed at him, and for the second thing, turned and made his way back into the house through the flap by himself. Sounds trivial, but it's a big thing considering the state he was in just a few weeks ago. Gus meanwhile is still full of beans; I got home late last night from a conference, crossed the back garden, and out of the shadows came Gus, doing that weird hop thing cats do up on two legs*. He hurled himself at me, wrapping his front feet around my knees, and made as to throw me to the ground, the little fucker. It's probably to get back at me for leaping out from behind the bins to scare the poo poo out of him every chance I get.
