Seems like his mother is forcing him to do chores instead of playing football resulting in some interpersonal antagonism. The neighbour asks how the mother is, mother responds fine, but she's LYING! and her son knows it! I don't understand you at all. It's a pretty straightforward comic. The child has an obvious shoulder injury, which is why he is not playing football with the other kids. The neighbor asks how the MOTHER is, because she hates children - that's why she's holding the broom - she's going to chase off the children playing football. The mother says "FINE FINE," because she doesn't want the neighbor to know that she can't get medical attention for her child. Johnny Aztec posted:It's pretty simple. Boys been running his mouth about things he shouldn't. I think it's that the boy was supposed to carry the groceries home, but instead stopped to play with the other kids (hence the obvious injuries on him and the dorg), which in turn made his mom come get him and because the neighbor is watching she can't beat up the boy.
