I'm gonna buy your album right now! Also, a few months I asked if I should go to see Immolation and some guys here covinced me. Whoever it was probably don't remember it, but I had a blast and I just wanted to say thanks.

Obviously, there are way more songs I'd like to hear, especially off Colored Sands, but playing Pleiades Dust in its entirety would be just as satisfying

I saw Bog of the Infidel last night and they were really impressive. Reminiscent of old melodic black/death metal with a ton of good 80s influences. Classical pieces and a real, complete five-piece band that plays off of each other well. Also, one of their guitarists is at least 6'6" and has a jacket covered in Manowar patches. edit: can't spoiler a youtube video. warning nsfw boobs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecw_e2WbOeU EP: https://eternaldeath.bandcamp.com/album/to-corrupt-your-sons-and-lust-after-your-daughters Album: https://eternaldeath.bandcamp.com/album/asleep-in-the-arms-of-suicide

Also it's a headlining tour in support of the album so it would be weird if they didn't play it.

Not sure if this would go better here or in the metalcore thread but Dillinger Escape Plan just played a song off their new album on some random radio station and a fan was able to snag a recording of it. Download link here: http://a.cuntflaps.me/ezjnqz.wav

New Opeth track streaming: http://loudwire.com/opeth-title-track-new-album-sorceress/ Lyrics videos are the worst. At first listen I'm really not liking this. I've liked Mikael's clean singing in previous songs but this is just boring.

It's entirely possible I'm being unfairly harsh because of how much I hate that low-rent Jordan Rudess, "look at how prog we are!" intro, but that song is pretty boring.

I dug it. I mean t hey might as well not be Opeth anymore but you could say that at several points in their career if you were so inclined. I don't blame them for not changing the name though, it's a sick name. \ I guess this is what happens when you get old. I kinda dig the track.
