Posting to say that I started to read this thread because of the title, a+

In college we had a private mumble server running on one of the lab machines and just used that for internal conference calls. worked awesome, never any problems.

here we use Skype and it's just the usual garbage. interviewed a guy last year for a high level position and he gave us three different wrong user names before we gave up and just did the interview over one guy's iPhone in speaker mode

last week we had some meetings with one guy on facetime audio on an iphone and another on the office phone in speakerphone; we put the phones next to each other

honestly in terms of ease of setup and voice quality it's one of the better conferencing systems I've used

office 365 is exchange and active directory. you have to powershell to the exchange session in order to tweak certain things that aren't in the web ui.

I think it used toi have them a few years ago when it was skype for skype but Microsoft skype doesn't have them afaict
