I really wish more people found the logistics of war interesting--imagine if you could go watch a group of historical reenactors uncrating a fighter plane or building a Roman fort instead of just boringly running at each other and falling down and then retiring to camp to drink and be wearily cynical of the soldier's life

"gently caress it, let's build ballistae and throw nerf soccer balls at people" is a perfectly acceptable narrative for them.

Yeah, Tuerck and Tangelo are both part of Bloodmasters, along with Forsberg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJSakvx3J2E Now's a perfect time to post this I suppose, since it never gets old e: Tangelo's also part of Drift Alliance, which were one of the first big teams in Formula D when it first really started getting popular. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rv0zf_N0Vhk T1g4h fucked around with this message at 19:06 on Oct 31, 2016 |

Well worn rock is funny in the other direction. Some of the offroad trails around Sedona get a lot of traffic and the trails are polished to a glossy shine. They also have some pretty severe ruts on the climbs. It was fun watching dudes spin tires trying to get up them. They still get up okay, but it separates the vets from the rookies.
