Are requests kosher in this thread? I'm trying to find a Spider-Man comic I remember reading where he chances upon two aliens fighting each other, and it looks like one of them is an escaped slave and the other is his master who's trying to recapture him. So Spidey launches into an impassionate speech saying that freedom and self-determination are universal right and so on, only for the "escapee" to interrupt him. "I am not a slave." "What? But you called him 'master', didn't you? ...Oh god this is totally a sex thing isn't it." "What, do things like this not exist on your planet?"

Test Pattern posted:It's Spider Woman, so like everything else about her who the gently caress even knows? And I say this as a fan of hers! She's supposed to have superhuman strength (the 5-ton range or so), but I honestly can't think of a story offhand where she actually uses it. Jessica does a lot of scrapping in the Hopeless run, but it's rarely the kind of wall-busting activity that you'd expect. By rights, she's got a very flexible power set: strength, wall-climbing, pheromones, and the venom blasts. She's just coming off a long stretch as a character where she's rarely allowed to be as competent as she used to be.
